Friendliness and professionalism of the staff, location near A1/A4, secured parking, good breakfast, relatively fast free WiFi connection.

Although we did not have time for much TV, the offer of channels is poor and not of good quality, The equipment is very good and up to date ( LCD flat screen)

Gorgeous very good business property with excellent and friendly staff at the reception desk. Quiet location just off local motorways, the outskirts of town and Poland at a Scottish wedding, could not be better. Also, out of town center.

Hotel location ensures a quiet overnight. All area around hotel is quiet big and gives you a guarded parking for your car. You can find many hotels which are very nice outside & inside but in most of them you will not spent a good night due to their location (near main street). The look of the Hotel Diament from outside is not very impressive, however inside you will find a very cosy and nice, clean and confortable rooms. The personel of the hotel is very friendly and supportive. The breafast in the hotel is outstanding (read: very, very good). For me it is the best hotel as for ratio: price to quality of service.

To get into the Hotel area (protected by a fence) you must drive through a main gate and a metal threshold which is too high or too steepy. Therefore you must go very very slowly. Otherwise the rear of your car will have a chance to touch this treshold.

The staff was friendly and helpful. The breakfast had a great selection of cheese and milk products. The restaurant had a fresh menu and served Polish beer on tap. The hotel offered various services and amenities. Its location, just 15 minutes from Katowice, made it a more affordable option compared to larger hotels in the city.

beds not extremely comfortable but OK for a couple of nights towels could be thicker Definitely we didn't like the process of having to pay for the hotel seconds after the booking. The other version is too expensive, as it doesn't correspond to the realistic price of a room.

The hotel offers great value for money with its comfortable rooms, delicious breakfast, and free internet access. The renovated restaurant and Finnish sauna are a nice touch, adding to the overall pleasant experience. Additionally, the location, slightly away from the city center, provides a peaceful atmosphere.

All aspects of this hotel were satisfactory.

The ladies at reception were always friendly and helpful; the Wi-Fi connection worked a treat; there was plenty of choice at breakfast; the bed was quite comfortable and the bathroom was; the city centre can be reached in a nice 20 minutes walk or in just a couple of minutes by public transport; there are plenty of shops in the area.
